Wijkpraktijk Huisartsen Crooswijk neemt op dit moment geen nieuwe patiënten aan. De enige uitzondering is bij gezinsuitbreiding. De andere praktijk op onze verdieping neemt wel patiënten aan. Klik hieronder om u in te schrijven:

Wijkpraktijk Huisartsen Crooswijk is currently not accepting new patients. The only exception is for family expansion (e.g., a newborn or a partner moving in with an existing patient).

In ons nieuwe Medisch Centrum Nieuw Kralingen Crooswijk is ook Apotheek Rusthof gevestigd waarmee we goed samenwerken. Ze hebben nog plaats voor nieuwe inschrijvingen:
